Questions about course content & procedure
1. Which summer courses are available and for which grade levels are they intended?
Tutoro offers four online programs in 1-to-1 format:
Abitur crash course (11th-13th grade)
Language courses A1-C2 (1st-13th grade)
Mini-University: Junior Bachelor (1st-6th grade) & Junior Master (7th-10th grade)
Future Skills Camp (8th-13th grade)
2. How is a course structured and how much time does my child need to plan for it?
Each course consists of 8, 12 or 16 lessons of 45 minutes each. The lessons take place as live online one-to-one lessons and can be planned individually. It is best if your child takes a week, but the units can also be spread over several weeks.
3. Are the dates flexible, e.g. if we are traveling?
Yes, the lessons are individually coordinated with the teacher and can be adapted to vacation or leisure plans.
4 Who will teach my child and how will the tutors be selected?
All teachers are trained at leading German universities and undergo a multi-stage selection process with didactic training at Tutoro.
5. Are learning materials included in the price?
Yes, all learning materials - including exclusive, award-winning documents - are included in the price. So there are no additional costs.
6. Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes, Tutoro issues an official certificate of achievement or attendance if you attend at least 12 lessons. This can be used for your CV.
7 What happens if my child misses a lesson?
Thanks to 1:1 support, missed lessons can be made up for flexibly with the teacher. The appointments are arranged individually and made up as quickly as possible.
8. How much does a course cost? Are there discounts?
Prices for first-time bookers:

For existing customers, customers with a promo code (e.g. as a club member) or when booking an additional course, the price is reduced by €20:

9. Until when can I book a summer course?
Booking is possible until September 15th.
10. What happens after the booking?
You choose your course when during booking. We will then contact you and clarify all the details: When should the course take place? What content should ideally be covered?
You will receive access data for Microsoft Teams and a preliminary schedule by email. We can also arrange an initial meeting to clarify any questions you may have.
11. What technical equipment is required?
All you need is an internet-enabled device (laptop or tablet) and a stable internet connection.
12. Can I change my booking?
Rebookings are possible at any time. Simply contact the Tutoro team to find individual solutions.
